Warranty Conditions

As Kopuz Makina, we offer you the highest quality products, while at the same time guaranteeing a reliable service. Below you can find our warranty conditions that apply to every new dough rolling machine, dough cutting and rolling machine, dough cutting machine, pizza rolling machine, pita bread rolling machine, chestnut stick shape machine:

  • Warranty Period: Your product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • Free Repair and Part Replacement: During the warranty period, there is no charge for repair and part replacement of manufacturing, assembly or material-related defects.
  • Out of City Repair Conditions: Travel and accommodation expenses of the installer for on-site repair of malfunctions that may occur within 2 years of machines located outside the city belong to our customer. However, there is no charge for replaced or repaired parts.
  • Spare Parts Support: In our out-of-town sales, spare parts will be sent free of charge (shipping fee belongs to the customer) for malfunctions that do not require on-site repair.
  • Part Replacement and Repair Process: If the faults can be repaired technically, the part cannot be replaced completely. Repair is carried out under warranty.
  • Wearable Parts: Balls, oils, conveyor belts, cutting blades, etc. that may wear out during normal use and need to be changed over time. parts are out of warranty.
  • Overseas Warranty Support: In our overseas sales, spare parts support is provided free of charge for production faults for 2 years (shipping costs belong to the buyer).
  • Electrical Failures: Failures in the electrical panels and materials of the machines due to the user's electrical installation are not covered by the warranty.
  • Repair Time: The maximum repair period for the products under warranty is 7 working days.
  • Shipping Fees: Cargo and warehouse fees to be spent for sending the products under warranty to our company belong to the customer.
